We educate your staff on how to identify phishing emails, how to escalate their concerns within your organisation, and what to do if they realise they've clicked on a suspicious link or downloaded a malicious file.


We also provide guidance to your management team about building in technical controls to your email platforms, stopping potentially dangerous emails from reaching your employees in the first place.

Update Management

We show your staff the perils of using unpatched software and firmware, supporting them to understand the value in applying their updates.

Password Guidance

We educate your staff on how to choose a password, the benefits of using a password manager, and what to avoid when creating a new password. We use a demonstration to show just how quickly different passwords can be cracked (revealed) using the latest tools, highlighting the importance of strong passwords.

FAQs

Is your training delivered online or in-person?

We can do either! We've found in-person training to be most effective in terms of engagement, but are happy to deliver online sessions if preferred.


Do we need to visit your training centre or will you travel to us?

Again, we can do either! We have a capacity of 20 attendees for sessions at our training centre. If you prefer we travel to you, we will discuss any additional fees in advance.

What's included in your online resource centre?

We are currently preparing our online resource centre—a repository of training materials developed by our inhouse team of experts. Materials include short videos, information sheets, and quizzes, designed to increase cyber security awareness among your employees.
